This free annual all-ages city fair features rides, games, vendors, food, contests, live entertainment, a parade, and more. Despite its name, the festival does not liberally give out strawberries or sell it – it just uses strawberries as its theme. Guests may go on rides with all-day wristbands, which cost $30 each, or just $25 on Friday. New this year, a 5k will take place Saturday morning in the area. Color runs have surged in popularity recently. This all-ages run takes place this Saturday morning at the Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale. As with any color run, runners should wear all white to absorb the most color by the end of the run. Registration costs $52 per person in a team, or $57 for an individual, and the race starts at 9am.
