The convention for all things Twitch, video games, and livestreaming comes to Long Beach this weekend. Passes cost $89 for Friday or Sunday, $109 for Saturday, or $179 for the entire weekend. Prices go up $20 starting this Thursday.

This annual local fair takes place at Peak Park in Buena Park every year on the third weekend of October. Free to park and enter, guests of all ages will enjoy rides, games, vendors, a food court, live entertainment, and more. Numerous contests that guests can participate in include arm wrestling, horseshoe-throwing, pie-eating, hog calling, baby, dogs, chili cook-off, and more. If arriving at night, know that Halloween Haunt traffic envelopes the park, so turning into the street from Knott Ave will take a long time. Once you turn into the neighborhood, the park’s parking lot has more than enough spots available.

9th Annual Long Beach Zombie Festival

This zombie festival takes place throughout Shoreline Village in Long Beach this weekend. This fest breaks all norms of standard fests and opts to follow “zombie rules” in operations. Admission costs $15, and includes many activities such as a movie viewing, beer gardens, costume contests, Thriller flash mob, live music, food trucks, artists, games, the zombie walk, Halloween mazes, and more. Arrive early, as parking will fill quickly – have patience when searching the neighborhoods east of Alamitos Ave.

Howl-o-Wine Festival

Enjoy wine samples from San Antonio Winery paired with hors d’oeuvres in Pomona this Friday night. Attendees may also bring their pets to enter into the pet costume contest. Admission costs $75. No one under 21 may attend.

30th Annual Vintage Fashion Expo

Ticket prices heavily vary, but note that general admission starts at 10:30 am on Saturday. Those that purchase an upgraded ticket can enter as early as 9am. Parking at the venue costs $15 per vehicle, but visitors can either search for other parking lots or street meters, or take public transportation to save on commute costs.

2nd Annual Ye Scallywag Festival

Alcohol, punk rock, and pirates collide in this epic festival taking place this Saturday in San Diego. Co-organized by the founder of OC Brew Ha Ha, this festival will bring together some of the region’s top breweries and wineries, as well as some top names in punk rock and ska. General admission costs $55 and starts at 12pm. Early entry costs $65 and starts at 11am. Admission at the door will cost $10 more, if any tickets remain. All attendees receive unlimited beer or wine tastings while supplies last until 4pm. After 4pm, attendees will have to pay for drinks. The music will last all day until 7pm. Attendees should bring cash for food and drinks after 4pm. No one under 21 may attend.

3rd Annual Burbank Beer Festival & Street Fair

Downtown Burbank gets a little crazy this Saturday by holding a free and all-ages street fair that will include a beer garden. The all-day street fair will have various vendors selling apparel, accessories, trinkets, gadgets, and other souvenirs. The beer garden covers two three-hour sessions that start at 12pm and 4pm, and each session costs $40 to enter and comes with unlimited beer pours while supplies last.

2nd Annual Oktoberfest DTLA

Oktoberfest festivities take over Pershing Square this weekend in Downtown LA. Free to attend for all ages, visitors can find lots of food and beer booths, as well as lots of live entertainment. All food and drinks come at cost, so visitors should bring plenty of cash for this event.

5th Annual San Clemente Oktoberfest
