Indulge LA, a chocolate, wine, and champagne festival, returned for its annual run this past Saturday at the Olympic Collection in West LA. As LA’s greatest fest of its kind, Indulge brought the best of chefs, bakers, pâtissiers, wineries, distilleries, and more to display to attendees of all ages. The flat admission fee provided access to UNLIMITED tastings of all food, dessert, and drinks, alcohol included. Guests who have never attended Indulge in the past entered with amazement and transcendence in their eyes, as they lay sight to their surroundings of sweet treats and sweet drinks.

I can spend a long time describing Indulge, but instead we should get straight to the eye candy.

Guava paste with cheese

Mini “Push Cakes” with a prosecco-infused gelato

Tiramisu with Currants

Short Rib hors d’oeuvre braised in chocolate wine

Drunken Udder ice cream

Goodies from Montage Laguna Beach

The party at Indulge does not stop there! Just a floor underneath Indulge, Sugar Lounge extended Indulge with added treats and pleasures. In terms of alcohol, while Indulge only served wine, champagne, and spirits, Sugar Lounge also provided imported beers and a full bar, including the ice luge from Limoncello. A select handful of sweet treats made their way down to Sugar Lounge, and a taco bar kept guests fed. While beer pong and flip cup tables quickly fell out of favor, the pleasures came in the form of visits by the Los Angeles Temptation of the Lingerie Football League, autographs from the Laker Girls, and burlesque performances by the Dirty Little Secrets. In a sense, one would call Sugar Lounge the men’s version of Indulge, what with all the sexy parties spontaneously thrown around the room.

Did you attend Indulge this past weekend? For an entirely indoor event, the outside weather did not deter many guests. Nearly every guest left satisfied and full of sweets & drinks. The organizers of Indulge and Sugar Lounge plan to keep the party going with Bock Fest later this month, so get your tickets to that now while the presale price of $25 lasts!
