This free and all-ages show will feature some of the nominated musicians for the OC Music Awards. Each night features five different local artists performing and competing for the title of Best Live Band awarded at the OC Music Awards in March. This series of free shows occurs every Tuesday night all the way through the finals on February 25.

This free monthly event takes place over many blocks in Downtown Los Angeles. Many galleries will open late, and some parking lots will contain more art, vendors, food trucks, entertainment, and more. Unless you know business owners, free parking barely exists in Downtown LA, although some meters only operate until 8pm. First-time visitors should attend with someone who has gone here prior.

Bottle Logic Brewery’s tasting room will open its doors to the public this Saturday afternoon, after much anticipation since releasing some of their brews at some beer festivals last year. Simply show up any time during business hours, and check out their beers, or even order a flight. Porko Rico BBQ food truck will serve from 1pm to 9pm for any visitor that gets hungry.

I Just Wanna Dance

This non-profit show brings together post-grads wanting to get away from the busy work life to let it all out and just dance for a night. For $20 per ticket, expect to hear music and see dances from many different cultures. The organizers will also provide FREE food and drinks!

10th Annual Bulldog Beauty Contest

Surround yourself with cuteness this Sunday morning at the Bulldog Beauty Contest in Long Beach. Completely free to attend for all ages, guests will see over 500 bulldogs in attendance, as many will strut their little legs on the red carpet runway. Each entry can win from any of 19 contests, some of which will cater to other dog breeds. Guests wanting seats at the runway will have to pay $5, while anyone wanting to enter their dog must pay $10 per entry.
